Operations Manager

We are seeking an energetic Operations Manager to begin as soon as possible in preparation for the upcoming summer season. This is a permanent position and the main responsibilities include managing the cleanliness and maintenance of the exterior areas of the lodge and vehicles and guest activities and outdoor pursuits. The right candidate will have experience managing a team and super yacht experience would be advantageous. As we are taking delivery of a power boat in early 2019 we are also seeking candidates who have a current ticket allowing them to drive a commercial vessel in NZ 15m in length.

Chef de Partie

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will need a passion for fine dining and the focus required to keep the kitchen operating at the highest standard. This is a full-time position which requires flexibility and commitment. The roster includes morning, afternoon and evening shifts over 7 days. The contract is for the summer season, beginning mid August 2018 and finishing on the 31st May 2019.

Housekeeper

We are currently seeking housekeeping staff to join our team.T his is a full time, seasonal position where flexibility of availability is key. A successful candidate will have to work across a 7-day week shift pattern including morning, afternoon and evenings.

Experience in a 5 star hotel or Superyachts is an advantage.

A successful candidate will have full current NZ drivers licence and own transport and the right to work in New Zealand for at least 12 months.

Wait Staff

We are currently seeking Wait Staff to join the service team at Helena Bay Lodge.

This position is well-suited to serious hospitality candidates who enjoy providing an exceptional standard of service in a fine dining environment.

This is a full time, seasonal position which requires flexibility and commitment. The roster includes morning, afternoon and evening shifts over 7 days. There is the possibility for candidates who complete a successful first contract to return for a second season.
