Helena Bay is a high-end resort, and we tend to attract very discerning customers who expect extremely high standards of service. Helena Bay is a service operation that involves the possibility of working a roster which includes 7 days of the week and varying shifts including early mornings, lunchtimes, afternoons, and evenings with some positions involving split shifts. To ensure our success it is vital that we can rely on our staff for regular attendance and punctuality.
